| Welcome to the TSTC Online Resources Site | | The File Repository | | The server, resources.tstc.edu is primarily designed to store files for use in our Learning Management System (LMS). The File Repository allows you to upload course content files (documents, images, sound, movies, etc.) to this server and then shows a link you will copy/paste into your courses granting students access to these files. | This allows us to:- decrease the time and resources it takes to do backups or restores of courses.
- provide reliability of backup and restore features with less impact on other users.
- better manage our course content.
- relegate the storage space used on the LMS server, thus reduce hosting costs.
- reduce the bandwidth usage of the LMS server increasing performance of the LMS.
